Jais Brandworks prints packaging, napkins, cups, merch and gifts in Mumbai and ships across India and abroad. Here is how ordering from overseas works.

Jais has printed in Mumbai since 1989, but our clients aren’t only in Mumbai. We deliver across Maharashtra and the rest of India, and we send orders abroad too. Hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices and brands outside India order their packaging, print and gifts from us for the same reasons Indian clients do: one team handles everything, the artwork setup is free, and nothing is printed until they have approved a mockup.
Here is how an order from outside India works.
1. Start on WhatsApp or email
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 98210 32163 or use the quote form. WhatsApp works from anywhere and it is the fastest way to share logos, photos and mockups. We are available every day, 9am to 9pm India time, and we speak English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi and Marwadi.

2. Free logo setup and a mockup
Exactly as for a client in Mumbai. Send your logo in any format and our designer sets it up for each product. You get a mockup of every piece by WhatsApp or email. Because you can’t walk into our place in Lower Parel to see a sample, we’re happy to send plain samples of materials if you want to feel the board or the napkin before you order. 3. A clear quote
You get a quote within one working day. For orders going abroad, freight is quoted separately, because it depends on the size and weight of the shipment and where it is going. We tell you how we plan to send it.
4. Printed, checked and packed for the journey
Every job is checked against the approved mockup before it is packed. We wrote about what that involves in how we check quality on every job.
Packing matters more when an order is travelling far. Cartons are packed so print surfaces and corners are protected and the boxes survive handling. Flat-packed boxes, napkins, cups and paper bags pack efficiently. Rigid boxes and gift sets take more space, and we tell you that upfront.

5. Shipped to your door
For smaller orders and samples, an international courier is usually simplest. For larger orders, freight forwarding may make more sense. We book the shipment and share the tracking and shipping documents with you.
Import duties and taxes depend on your country and the type of product, and they are normally paid by the receiver. Check with your local customs office or courier before you order so there are no surprises when it lands. We’ll give you the product descriptions and values you need for that.
